8:30 – 10 am: Check-in and bib distribution
9:00 – 10:15 am: Jumps open for practice
10:30: Competition on 10-meter and 25-meter jumps
12 noon: Lunch
12:45 pm: K10 and K25 awards
1:00: Competition on Heistad Hill
3:00 (or following completion of competition): K50 awards ceremony at the base lodge
