Administrative Staff
Tom Bickner
Chief Executive Officer
Starting as a parent volunteer at the Norge Ski Club when his two children, Kailey and Kevin, began jumping as kids, Tom Bickner served on and chaired several committees at the club, including sponsorship, coaching, fundraising and membership. This led to Board of Director positions, including Vice President of the Norge Ski Training Center. While at Norge, Tom coached on the junior hills and became an official representing the Central Division as a judge and technical delegate, and then as a national official. Tom has served on the USA Ski Jumping Board of Directors for more than eight years as Secretary and Vice-Chair and is currently the Chief Executive Officer.
Eric Camerota
Chief Financial Officer
Eric is from Park City, Utah. He has 10 years accounting and finance experience. Attended school at Westminster College where he graduated with a degree in finance. He is a former member of the U.S. Nordic Combined National Team and competed in the 2006 Olympics in Torino, Italy.
Anders Johnson
Ski Jumping/Nordic Combined Sport Director
Anders is from Park City, Utah, and has been involved with Ski Jumping his whole life. Anders is a three time Olympian (2006, 2010 and 2014) as well as a 5 time National Champion. Anders was the Women's Ski Jumping Head Coach from 2020 - 2023, prior to being named the Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Sport Director.
Steve McNeil
Sport Development Director
Steve McNeil is a former ski jumper from Andover, New Hampshire. He coached and competed in Lake Placid, NY and while attending Northern Michigan University where he earned an undergraduate degree in 2001. He recently retired from the Marine Corps after 22 years of active service, which included combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, earning a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and serving as Commanding Officer of Headquarters Battalion at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. He lives in Bloomington, Indiana, with his wife, Maribel, and their three sons, and serves as Sport Development Director for USA Ski Jumping.
Haley Erickson
Digital Media & Merchandising Manager
Haley was born and raised around ski jumping in Iron Mountain, Michigan, the home of Pine Mountain Ski Jump and Kiwanis Ski Club. She is also the granddaughter of three-time National Ski Jumping Champion and Olympian, Willie Erickson. Living in Park City, Utah for the past decade, Haley has held multiple roles with USA Ski Jumping. She now manages the organization's website and coordinates merchandising. In her spare time, she enjoys skydiving and hiking in the mountains.
Cara Larson
Team & Media Manager
Cara, a former ski jumper from Barrington, Illinois, got her start at the Norge Ski Club. After a seven-year run as a National Team member, she retired from competition following the 2024 winter season. Although she’s no longer competing, her passion for ski jumping and its community remains as strong as ever. Now serving as the media coordinator, Cara promotes the sport in impactful ways, ensuring her love for ski jumping continues to make a positive difference. Since 2019, she has called Salt Lake City, Utah, home, where she embraces all that the mountains have to offer in her free time.
Michael Behee
Partnership Marketing Director
Michael leads the organization’s sponsorship strategy and brand partnerships. His experience includes leadership roles across the agency and corporate marketing landscape with a focus on sponsorship, activation, and integrated campaigns. Outside of work, Michael enjoys skiing in the Utah mountains and exploring the outdoors.

Tore Sneli
Ski Jumping Head Coach
Tore is 42 years old and is originally from Trysil, Norway, but has lived in Lillehammer since 2006 when he started working as a Ski Jumping coach at the Skigymnasium (NTG). A former Ski Jumper himself, Tore has a passion for developing up-and-coming Ski Jumping athletes. In his free time, Tore enjoys hunting with his dogs and fishing in Norway's beautiful mountains.
Espen Røe
Men’s Ski Jumping Assistant Coach
Espen is a former Ski Jumper, born in Vingelen, Norway, and has been living in Trondheim since 2009. Espen retired as an athlete in 2019 and has been a Ski Jumping coach since 2020, coaching for the same school that he was an athlete for. Espen joined the USA Nordic Ski Jumping staff in the spring of 2023 as the Men’s Ski Jumping Assistant Coach. In his free time, wherever he is, Espen enjoys hitting some golf balls and strives to be a “mediocre” golfer.
Trevor Edlund
Women’s Ski Jumping Head Coach
Trevor is a third generation Ski Jumper, originally from St. Paul Ski Club, Minnesota. He started his coaching career in Park City, Utah were he currently resides. Trevor loves everything about Ski Jumping and am grateful to be a part of USA Nordic. In his free time he enjoys Free Skiing and spending time on the rivers and streams Fly Fishing.
Karl Vegard Andersen
Women’s Assistant Coach
Andersen brings a wealth of experience to the women’s program after years of involvement in ski jumping, both as a competitor and coach. He previously served as a coach at NTG in Lillehammer, one of Norway’s most respected sports schools, where he worked closely with developing athletes of many levels.
Daniel Tande
Head COC Coach
Tande, a two-time Olympian, brings more than a decade of international competition experience to USA Ski Jumping. He won Olympic gold with Norway in the team event at PyeongChang 2018, claimed Ski Flying World Championship gold that same year, and earned six World Cup victories and 12 podium finishes throughout his career.A leader among the athletes during the early years of the Norwegian-USA Ski Jumping partnership, Tande helped strengthen collaboration between the two nations. His move into coaching marks a new chapter in his career as he helps guide the next generation of U.S. athletes at the Continental Cup level.

Anders Ladehaug
Men’s Service Technician
Anders Ladehaug has been working with USA Ski Jumping since 2023 as a service technician for the men’s team. A former Norwegian ski jumper, Ladehaug brings firsthand experience from national and international competition to his work supporting the team’s equipment and performance needs.During his athletic career, he represented Nordre Land IL, NTG Lillehammerhopp, and Oppland Ski District. He was crowned Norwegian champion on the large hill in 2021 and helped Norway earn silver in the team event at the 2019 FIS Junior World Ski Championships.
Christian Ingebrigtsen
Women’s Service Technician
Christian Ingebrigtsen brings strong ski jumping experience to USA Ski Jumping as a former athlete, former ski jumping coach for Nordic Combined, and current service technician for the women’s team.He represented Byaasen Skiklub during his competitive career, with highlights including a FIS Cup win in Villach and a top-five Continental Cup finish in Lillehammer in 2019.

Lauren Borowski
Chief Medical Officer
Lauren E. Borowski, MD serves as the Chief Medical Officer for USA Ski Jumping, overseeing the health and performance support of both the men’s and women’s teams. In this role, she leads the coordination of medical care across athletes and staff, ensuring a comprehensive and proactive approach to athlete health at all levels of international competition.
Dr. Borowski previously served as the Head Team Physician for the U.S. Men’s Ski Jumping Team, a role she has held since 2020 . She has supported the team on the world stage, including serving on staff at the 2022 Winter Olympics and the 2026 Winter Olympics, bringing valuable experience from the highest level of sport into her expanded role leading medical operations across the full program.
A board-certified physician in both family medicine and sports medicine, Dr. Borowski is a primary care sports medicine specialist at NYU Langone Health, where she treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and works with athletes of all levels . She brings extensive experience in injury prevention, recovery, and long-term performance, with a strong emphasis on holistic, athlete-centered care.
Originally trained as a dancer, Dr. Borowski holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University. Her background in movement, combined with her medical expertise, shapes her approach to keeping athletes healthy, resilient, and performing at their best.
Ellie Jelsing
Head Team Physician - Women’s Ski Jumping
Dr. Ellie Jelsing is an Assistant Professor of PM&R/Sports Medicine at Mayo Clinic where she completed medical school, residency and fellowship. In addition to being the Head Team Physician for the US Women’s Ski Jumping Team, she is also the Team Physician for the MN Lynx WNBA team, Program Director for Mayo Clinic’s primary care sports medicine fellowship in Minneapolis, and Director of the AAPM&R Ultrasound task force. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, 5 children, and increasingly lazy yellow lab. If not working or changing diapers, she tries to be in the mountains!
Bartlomiej W. Szczech
Head Team Physician - Men’s Ski Jumping
Dr. Bart was born in Rzeszów, Poland and moved to the United States in the late 1980’s. Spending his childhood skiing Whiteface he grew his love for winter sport and ultimately made Lake Placid, New York home. Dr. Bart is an orthopaedic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a fellow of the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He practices at Lake Placid Sports Medicine, PLLC where he works closely with athletes as a medical advisor to the Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) and an official provider for the United States Olympic and Para-Olympic Training Center (USOPTC). He has been involved with U.S. ski jumping since 2023 and now serves as the Head Team Physician for the U.S. Men’s Ski Jumping Team. He completed his bachelors and masters training at Johns Hopkins University and received his medical degree from Tulane University where he was part of the rebuilding efforts after hurricane Katrina. When it’s not snowing Dr. Bart enjoys sailing with his family and friends and has completed many blue water crossings including sailing around Cape Horn in 2018.
