Skyler Amy is from Anchorage, Alaska, where he grew up skiing with the Alaska Winter Stars and Team AK Ski Jumping Clubs.
Amy first started skiing on the slopes of the Alaska Ski Resort with his father when he was 3 years old. He later picked up cross country skiing and never looked back after that.
Amy is currently a Junior at Robert Service High School.
