How old were you when you started ski jumping or nordic combined?
I started jumping a day a week when I was 15 and decided to switch full time from alpine when I was 16

Yep! First time!
Where do you go to school and what kind of classes are you taking?
I go to Dartmouth College and am planning on majoring in Engineering

The Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer, Norway 💯
Describe the feeling of ski jumping in your own words.
It’s like riding down a rollercoaster that ends in a catapult. The catch is you have to do all the work to fire the thing….
What is the result you are most proud of and why?
Top 20 at last year’s junior worlds. It was a great way to finish my last big junior competition.
What is one thing which you have been focused on improving which will help you meet these goals?
My inrun- key to everything
Who is your role model in the sport?
Anders Haugen- only US Ski jumper to ever win an Olympic medal
To you, what does it mean to be on the World Championship team?
Incredible opportunity to be a part of the first (!!) women’s world championship team event
What do you hope to learn or accomplish at these upcoming World Championships?
Keep taking steps forward in my jumping and experience a high level environment
What is something new that you have added to your training repertoire this year?
Lots of yoga! At least once, usually twice a day.
What are your hobbies outside of skiing?
Knitting, reading, memorizing useless information (unless you happen to need to know the capital of Tuvalu), singing songs from my 3rd grade musical…
What is your favorite post workout meal?
Oatmeal with chia and flax seed + whatever jams or fruits are available
Favorite book?
This question is too hard. But recently someone cool gave me The Selected Works of T.S. Spivet and I really liked it.
