USA Ski Jumping Statement on Lake Placid World Cup Relocation
While we’re disappointed that the 2025 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup in Lake Placid will be relocated, we fully support the decision made by the Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA). Athlete safety and competition integrity come first.
We appreciate ORDA’s continued investment in ski jumping and commitment to long-term improvements. Lake Placid remains a cornerstone venue for our sport.
In the meantime, U.S. Ski Jumping Nationals and Flaming Leaves will still be held this October.
