Monday, July 1st: Start of Ski Jumping Extravaganza: Training
Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club’s Ski Jumping Extravaganza begins on Monday with competitions through Thursday. 75 of the nation’s best athletes will be training today at Howelsen Hill in preparation for Wednesday’s competition and Thursday’s main event; the Jumpin’ and Jammin’ Competition and Community Party!
• HS45 & HS75 Training – 8:30am-10:30pm and 3:30pm-5:00pm

Come to Howelsen Hill to watch the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club’s Ski Jumping Extravaganza as Nordic Combined and Ski Jumping athletes soar off of the HS45 and HS75 Meter jumps!

Main Events:
Thursday, July 4th: Jumpin’ & Jammin’ Competition and Community Party and the Nordic Combined Roller Ski Competition
On Thursday before the parade, head down to Lincoln Avenue to cheer on Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club athletes and other athletes from around the nation as they race down Lincoln Avenue on roller skis! Following the parade, head over to Howelsen Hill for the main event: the Jumpin’ and Jammin’ Competition and Community Party! Celebrate the 4th of July at Howelsen Hill and watch the nation’s best Nordic Combined and Ski Jumping athletes as they soar for 225 feet over the crowd! Bring the whole family and your picnic blankets and chairs for lunch with local food & drink vendors, and cool the kids down in the water mister or test your skills on the Roller Jump while enjoying the competition that will be sure to wow spectators of all ages: Ski Jumping in July!
